I really enjoyed Khameen Professional Institute as it was a very professional but relaxed approach to learning about cooking. They have excellent tutors who have a very well balanced knowledge on both the practical and theoretical aspects of food. The kitchens are top notch and a stunning facility at the school. The Course is excellent for any home cook or professional who wants to up their skill. The course was a one year program and in that time you study and cook through a range of cuisines and use completely new methods every week. It has enabled me to further my studies, working as a chief CHEF in Ospartak Hotel and cemented the fact that I now want to stay in the cooking industry for life! I chose Khameen Professional Institute of Sakumono because of their emphasis on quality and professionalism, the hands-on approach to the courses and the one-on-one instruction available from the teachers. My favorite memories are the protein classes, the way the instructors taught us, and made it fun for us to study. I would always recommend this school to individuals applying for catering and hospitality training! I feel that their modular learning structure makes learning with Khameen Professional Institute fun and easy! The small class sizes are great and allow students time for one-on-one learning.
